Metalworks Wingmet Ltd. has over 25 years experience about screw conveyors.

We will manufacture screws mainly by the buyer’s drawings. Our target is to supply high quality products efficiently, safely and according to timetable.
We also repair old broken screws and deliver spare parts for them.

Our operational mode meets the ISO 9001 Quality Standards. The certificate can be viewed here.

The most used materials are Aluminium, Hatelloy C-276, EN 1.4301, EN 1.4301, Hardox 400-600, Duplex EN 1.4462, Duplex EN 1.4462, 253 MA  SS 355, AISI 2333, AISI 2343 and wear-resistant iron.

The screw bottom (AISI 2333) to Metso Paper Ltd. Finland is the heaviest screw-product that we have ever made, weighting massive 49 tons.

The screw with the biggest diameter ø1600 mm (Archimedean screw pump) was also delivered to Metso Ltd.

The screw diameters vary from ø200 mm to ø1600 mm and the lengths vary from 1 m to 15 m.

Screws are painted or acidated as finishing and shafts will be anti-rust sprayed and protected by plastic tubes. Screws can also be equipped with transport structures.

Wingmet Ltd. has done hundreds of screws during the past years, about 50 pcs annually.
